In celebration of World Mental Health Day our third annual Stansted Wellbeing Festival is taking place on Sunday, 13th October 2024 from 2pm to 5pm. With over 30 stalls covering physical, social, mental and emotional wellbeing it’s a fantastic event for all the family. The line up so far includes:
Coco Fleur with a Cake Stall & Barista Bar, serving ethically sourced and freshly ground coffee, delicious cake and more!
Pyromanda are offering beautiful gifts from hand crafted wood.
The Hypno Hut providing solution focused hypnotherapy.
Sustainable Stansted are attending to offer advice and support on how to become more sustainable.
REFILLit. A doorstep delivery service of refills including cleaning products and shampoo in Stansted Mountfitchet, Bishop’s Stortford and the surrounding towns.
FiT Bootcamp
Tropic with Hayley Independent Tropic skincare adviser
KamFlex Meditation, active focused breathing, a mixture of yoga and general stretching, callisthenics to help build core and more things spiritual.
