In celebration of World Mental Health Day our third annual Stansted Wellbeing Festival is taking place on Sunday, 8 October 2023 from 2pm to 5pm. With over 30 stalls covering physical, social, mental and emotional wellbeing it’s a fantastic event for all the family. The line up so far includes:

Coco Fleur with a Cake Stall & Barista Bar, serving ethically sourced and freshly ground coffee, delicious cake and more!

Stansted Mountfitchet Social Club providing music throughout the afternoon.

Stansted Fire Station are bringing an engine for children to meet the firefighters and explore the equipment.

Effy The Artist will be providing taster art classes and displaying some of her wonderful work.

Mindful Minions will be entertaining the kids with arts, crafts and yoga. Promoting the importance of mindfulness for kids.

Pyromanda are offering beautiful gifts from hand crafted wood.

The Lather Lady will be offering natural handmade soaps.

Partylite with Kelly Marie –  offering the finest home fragrances.

Hattie’s Jewellery with a selection of wonderful handmade jewellery.

Sustainable Stansted are attending to offer advice and support on how to become more sustainable.

REFILLit. A doorstep delivery service of refills including cleaning products and shampoo in Stansted Mountfitchet, Bishop’s Stortford and the surrounding towns.

Charities, social support and activity organisations will also be present including:

Mind in West Essex , St Clare Hospice & Red Kite providing support and guidance across the community.
Stansted Mountfitchet Parish Council and Stansted – Rungis Twinning Association. Always there to talk about what is available across the Parish.
Stansted Open Water Community – celebrating all the benefits of open water swimming.
Muddy Walkers – a local village walking group set up by the team at Let’s Talk, Stansted!
RSPB England sharing all their wonderful activities in the community.
The Hypno Hut providing solution focused hypnotherapy.
The Veg Shed – a  Let’s Talk, Stansted! Project aimed at supporting men’s mental health.
Twirling Tots  – an energetic and creative class for todlers
